We all have those swings @mulecanter. You'll be back down again. That's one reason I don't think I could do 75 Hard right now @angmarie28. I just can't make myself get outside and exercise when it's 20 and below. That's just too cold for me.

Have you had an issue with a wearable or a watch causing dermatitis before? I wonder if it is just the material used in this product. I would try to wear it a bit looser if possible where it will still be able to read your wrist for lack of a better term but will not be in such close contact.

Thanks for the info @angmarie28 and @bearchested. My gym has reopened so I have access to a full gym and feel comfortable using almost everything. I love the idea @angmarie28. I'm doing the weight loss challenge on my unit at work but we don't do any challenges or anything within it. It's basically just a weigh in on January 4th and then an ending weigh in on May 12th to see who has lost the biggest percentage.

I decided to join the Biggest Loser challenge at work which runs from January 4th thru March 29th. I'm hopeful that with a little financial motivation, this group and my coworkers I can kick start my weight loss again.

The past couple of weeks have been so crazy for me. I know I have let my diet and exercise slide due to working too much and trying to get Christmas presents bought and wrapped. I think I finally have a day off Sunday so I hope I can have some down time and some time to just rest and reset.

I hope you get a little bit of down time soon @angmarie28. I have not have COVID but know the short staff feeling. My hospital is very short and no one seems to be wanting to pick up the extra hours I think fearing getting ill so I've been working a lot of OT. The pay is great but it's starting to catch up to me.
