  • Yes, in my opinion you should eat back at least half if not all of your exercise calories. It is recommended that everybody eat at least 1200 net calories so I would have that be your goal. For example, I ate around 2,000 calories today because I burned 1,000 hiking. My net calories is looking around 1100-1200 right now.
