agree with others, start over as many times as it takes for you, everyone is different (my process has been so slow because and I've started over more times than I can count because so much of it is emotional so I've been working on that as well and actually had to take a break from trying to lose weight for a while…

I usually drink a flavored coffee hazelnut at work and caramel vanilla cream or english toffee in the Keurig at home - but I add a little coconut oil to my coffee especially my morning cup, enhances the flavor and adds a little healthy fat to my breakfast.

Amazing results - I'm going to have to start this program - got it for Christmas but between sprained foot and the flu & pneumonia (twice this winter/early spring) haven't gotten to it yet - feeling good now though and I think it'll be perfect to start up - thanks for sharing you really do look FANTASTIC!

I'm almost 5'4" CW = 205 pretty much an 18 but they're 18s that I dry in the dryer now instead of hanging so they would fit the next time I put them on. Hightest weight 235 size 22
