I second this question completely. I don't work out quite as much (3x a week w/ a trainer, 1-2x classes) but I have stuck on the 1200 cal plan and my scale has been hovering right about in the same place...I'll go up a couple of times, then down, but basically ending up long term in exactly the same range. About a year and…

Hey y'all, my name is Autumn and I am looking forward to having an AMAZING March. I've got two trips planned this month, and I'm going to try to do every exercise on here regardless--it'll be fun to wall sit in Hawaii. Some of these are old, but seem to work for me as "go-to" theme songs. Pennywise--Perfect People Van Halen--Hot for Teacher M.I.R.V--Monkey Boy Black Eyed Peas--Pump It (a bit slower but good for a controlled warm up) Kanye West--Touch the Sky Hope these help!

I'm just spitballing here, but a dietician once told me that it was far more important WHAT you ate later in the evening, particularly with carbohydrates. The way it was explained to me was that it was key to generally keep blood sugars level throughout the day, and eating large amount of carbohydrates (which break down…
