Same here..I too do not get hungry and I keep my calories at around 1200.

Im taking this route for sure .. I've noticed I enjoy eating healthier and I feel better after I eat. Indulging makes me feel like crap. I may have a peice of pecan pie but portion control is where its at and I will not go over my daily calories :)

Wow that is alot more than I have been. Only thing is that I usually meet the daily allowance for carbs and sugars during the day at only 1200 calories, is it okay to go over on those ? or should I change what I am currently eating to less carbs and less sugars? Im still so confused and trying to learn the trick. Thanks

Thanks for the advice I will change up my routine.. I have opened my food diary. I was using a different app prior to the Sept 16. Calorie counter plus. I didnt start recording my walking until a few days ago so please figure that in.

I am here for the same reason. I cannot stand pictures which is very sad :( I have 5 kids and when my husband gets out the camera I hide. You look great! Keep up the good work.
