I am in. I work 30/week and am at home with a 2 year old otherwise. Each day is different, but here is a basic schedule. 6 wake up 8 arrive at work 11.30 lunch 3.30 work out 5.45 dinner 10.30 bedtime Thanks! I am really inconsistent and would like to work on being more consistent with my daily intake. Thanks!

I find that stress and my eczema have a direct correlation. Have you taken on additional responsibilities, or does fitting in exercise cause stress? Yoga really helped me, as well as light therapy, however my excema only completely subsided when I got pregnant. My son is now 17 months old, and it hasn't returned. Perhaps…
