^^This is my take on it. I honestly don't see what the big deal is with the instructor touching the dial but if it's something you dislike maybe it would have been a better option to just tell her "Don't touch it, I'll increase the resistance myself". No physical contact necessary.

I tried HCG. Eating at only 500 calories....Lol!! By day 3 I said **** it... I'm not gonna starve myself... this is torture. Tried that Cabbage soup diet thing too.....WOFT!! To this day I still hate cabbage, lol

Yup. My height and weight range exactly. I don't have a problem staying motivated... I know it's gonna take a little while to get to my goal weight but in the mean time I'm enjoying eating healthier and working out. Add me!

I don't think anything is bad for you once eaten in moderation. The problem lies where if an individual has one cookie and then goes totally off-track and eats the rest of the cookies in the package. Everyone has to know themselves... lol, I for one love me some ice-cream and cookies way too much so I'd prefer to stay away…
