  • I'm 5'7". The halloween costume pic is me at 220lbs, the one on the right (April 2012) is me at 152lbs. I've gained 23 lbs since then, so I'm back to losing this against as we speak!
  • Also, one more thing - definitely get her a vet check up to rule out any other possible issues, if you haven't already. We'd all prefer that its just a food thing!!
  • My kitty babies are in the same boat. The Vet had me put them on Pro Plan Weight Management (supposedly they don't have the crude fillers in it). On Pro Plan WM, because of their size (18 lbs and 15 lbs) are supposed to get (each) just under a cup a day of food. So I split it, 1/2 at 8am and 1/2 at 8pm. They get a…
  • HA! I've done this before too. There will be a tiny bit left in the carton, box, can (etc) and I'll eat it because I don't want it around later. Oy...
  • It happens to everyone. Willpower has been my biggest hurdle while trying to lose weight. Like the previous poster says, log it, own up to it and challenge yourself to do better today. You can do it!

I've been doing it for a little over a year now and the studio that I go to, is fantastic. The instructors make the studio a "safe" place. So if you are self…
  • I completely agree with what (most) of the others posted. Losing 2 pounds a week is what is considered the safest, and what is the most reliable way to make sure you KEEP it off. Which is what I think we all want! :) Keep it up, you're doing a great job. Unfortunately we all want it off now :( - but if it was that easy…
  • Forearms. Without question. Plus that V-shaped area that comes out when they wear low riding pants. :)
  • Years ago, a guy came up to me in line at a takeout. He was acting like he was in real distress, and asked if I could help him. When I asked what he needed, he stated that he had lost his phone number and asked if he could have mine. LOL
  • Graduate 1997 at 135lbs, topped out at 220 about 2 years ago. Currently at 168 and trying to get to 140!
