Yes, all the time. On days when I do workout I'm rarely hungry and find it easier to say within my calorie range. But on days I don't (usually the weekends) I'm starving and want to eat everything I can.

Okay today I started Week 1 Day 1 Level 3 set 1 15 set 2 18 set 3 10 set 4 10 set 5 25 (minimum 14) :bigsmile:

What I did was look at different charts to see what would be a healthy range for my height and from there decided on what would make ME happy.

Well I didn't lose the 5lbs I wanted but I did lose 4. So close.... so close .... Congrats to everyone who made their goal or came close too it.

I'm currently doing slimfast right now (have been for the past few weeks) and while I have lost weight and enjoy the products I know it's not something I want to keep on doing to reach my goal weight. In fact I have enough in the house to last about 2 weeks, so I think I just might finish what I have then go back strickly…

I am so happy right now. I've been sick since Thursday so I haven't been eating healthy or exercising. Although I have been eating a lot less, what I've been eating hasn't been that great. (example: I had McDonalds for dinner on Thursday and on Fri and Sat morning I had pasta, like at 5 in the morning just because I wanted…

I usually only count actual exercise, like cardio or strenght training. Since I'm on my feet most of the day I figured if I counted walking I would just be giving myself an excuse to over eat.

I have to agree with REB losing 35 - 40lbs in only three months just wouldn't be healthy and would really only end up being a quick fix. Meaning the weight could come back very quickly. I say do the best you can and while you may not make it to your goal you can get close with 15-20lbs

My range is between 1200 - 1500 but I always try to get in between 1250 and 1350 aday
