I aim to hit 1200 calories a day but if I miss and actually eat approximately 1400 calories, I'm ok with it and don't beat myself up. Also, as long as my average weekly results are within 1200-1400 calories, then I'm good. So far I've lost 10 lbs since I started on 9/17/2011. I'm 5'4" and was looking to lose about 10 lbs.…
