Research the Fitbit. I just got mine and am really liking it so far. It tracks your steps, miles, floors climbed, calories, activity level and even your sleep. It syncs with MFP for calories and activities and, once you get it setup right, is pretty accurate - I've been tracking it with my HRM during my workouts and it's…

That's awesome! What a transformation - physically and mentally. Congrats!

It's about eating back your EXERCISE calories. You're given a total for the day without exercise and when you log cardio in your diary, you get additional calories and those you should eat back (I try to eat back at least half of mine, usually more).

Don't sacrifice form - if you find you're struggling with form because they weights are too heavy, switch them out. But you don't have to buy anything - look around your house for something you can use: laundry detergent, milk jug, cans of food or packages of beans or rice, whatever you have that you can hold on to in a…

Don't force yourself, but don't make a habit of falling under the 1,200 limit. If you find it's common that you aren't getting your minimum, try adding more calorically-rich (and nutrient-rich) foods, rather than low-fat/low-calorie options.

Oh, I put a period at the end of the sentence but that's not part of the link... Try this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/1290-fitbit-users

Wanted to add - I still wear a HRM during my workouts because the Fitbit doesn't track your heart rate and I feel like I'm burning more calories with my intense workouts, but you can enter the calories here on MFP and it syncs with Fitbit.

It's a small device you wear throughout the day and it tracks your steps, calories burned, floors climbed, how active you are, and more. Then you can wear it at night on your wrist (it comes with a pouch) and it'll tell you about your sleeping patterns. There's a great website that syncs all the information with MFP so you…

I haven't completed either program but have done workouts from P90X and am currently doing a CLX/Insanity hybrid but I used this site to help me decide ultimately - http://www.wikihow.com/Decide-if-P90X-or-Insanity-Is-Better-for-You The programs are different and will likely produce different results for different people -…

It can be done. I've lost over a 100 without surgery, never even considered surgery - and I have a little more to go. Hard work, time, eating right, logging it all and staying dedicated are what it takes. It works! Keep dedicated, even though you'll have your down days (or weeks), but keep coming back and getting support…

No way! I never realized that! Now I love P&F even more...

Yup - I log it all. I track my Iron on the app so I need my vitamins in there or those figures would be wrong.

No, mine is fine. One thing is to be sure you get the sensors really wet - that has caused me problems before. Also be sure it's fitted properly so it's not sliding down. I tuck mine inside my sports bra band and have no issues.

I'm wondering why you'd waste the calories on tomatoes and lettuce with this... and really you shouldn't have the bread - low carb is where it's at.
