Nice challene!! By tomorrow, the end of my week I will have 3641 calories burned. I am at 2945, as of today. so, yippee...I am completing my very first weekly challenge!! :happy:

Walked 3.5-miles before it hit 107-degrees. Then did to seperate ab workouts of 10-minutes each. And, drank 4-cups of water...something that I never do!!!! I really HATE WATER...lol!!

S, do we know what the challenge is going to be yet? I've decided to do that 4% weight loss...or basically 6-pounds. What is the actual challenge for July though? Any idea yet anyone???? Since July starts in a few hours... Thanks! Etta

Hello! Losing 4% means that I will have to knock off 5.84 pounds...so 6-pounds in July. That should be doable!! So, come on weight loss!! :laugh:
