When I binge eat and don't eat what I normally eat (ice cream, poptarts, fatty foods, all high sodium) I gain about 5lbs. But I usually binge it for a couple days in a row (I know, I am working on it.) I usually weigh my normal weight again and am no longer bloated 3 days and work outs later.

I have heard low impact aerobic to record it. I used my HRM and it looks like I burn around 120, I am 5'4, 110lbs.

Well its at one of those generic USA fitnesses or whatever. Its the only place that watches a baby under 3mos. I do worry that since it is so cheap that the nursery might be cheap too. They have a video though so you can watch what is going on while you work out B)

I am willing to help! I have yet to yoyo too much but I fear I will. I lost 40lbs in 2006, gained 23lbs back by 2009, and I have lost 14lbs and almost to my lowest weight but just the other day I binged eat and gained 2lbs back (in 4 days... I know, 9100 calories over can not only bloat you but kill you. I went from 108 to…

I never fill anything out on my HRM about age height ect. It just has the chest strap I wear that tracks my heart reate. The website I uses asks for age and stuff though. Is that OK if the HRM doesn't?
-
Is that pretty close as in it says you burn over the calories your HRM says or under? I would rather underestimate then overestimate! Also, thanks for the link :)

I got the Timex easy trainer heart rate monitor and it doesn't tel lme how many calories I burn. It does say my average heart rate and such though. Is there anyway I can find out calories burned with that information?

Do you have any lifting programs you could suggesT?
-
Its that Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred... You lift like 3lbs weights!
-
Even something as simple as the 30DS?
-
Everyone looks so good! Ya'll need to start saying how you lost all that weight so I can look like you B)
-
Lookin good girl!
-
Oh no, this is just one other thing I have to worry about xD Totally makes sense though. I am going to start subtracting that hr burned while working out as well
-
I am right there with you... The days my thighs don't touch. I look forward to the day I can wear tighter jeans that wont give me muffin top B)

I am too scared to look xD

Welcome! I am a new mommy to a 3mo old so I know *sorta* what you are going through. (We are still BFing though... So worried about gaining weight once I stop!) Feel free to add me if you like! As for advice... Start right away (Like right now) If you plan on doing a work out DVD at home get your butt on amazon! (Or…

This is awesome!

I have not done ripped in 30 but I have heard that the 30DS is just about the same thing (if not less difficult since you don't have to try and balance during the routine as much) Although, I highly suggest the 30DS! I did work out level one for a month, without dieting, and lost CM's from my body and got really toned. I…

I was ill yesterday (fever of 102). I was an idiot and tried to do kickboxing and had to stop five minutes in since I thought I might "get sick". If anything I only got worse. I ended up having to have hubby come home and watch the baby while I slept. No way I could of worked out! Even if I wanted to. I make sure I am -400…

Eventually it is just mind over matter. Make sure your main meals are high in protein (not just a bunch of pointless carbs) so avoid processed foods. It may take a little more time to make your meals but its totally worth it. (No instant stuff!) As for snacking I suggest string cheese (80cals), apple (80cals), two eggs…

It depends on the sort of life they live. If you can tell that they are single/divorced for a reason (other then not finding their soul mate) then yes, they are less attractive.
-
Just wanting to say welcome back and good luck! Sounds like you are doing great already, 4.6 miles in 40 minutes is awesome! I can't even do that and I have been working out for over a month now. I think its good you are trying the lowfat/calorie thing. I find that that works best for me too. Also want to add in 2006 I…

Where is everyone getting their HRM and which brand/type are you using? I really want to get one!
-
I say eat them back. If you lose weight too fast (dieting and working out) you might put the lbs right back on. I personally work out to 1) get stronger and 2) so I can eat more calories. (Mostly so I can eat more. I know, aren't I horrible?)

I am def going to put this into the rotation next week and try it out! Thanks so much for sharing! I love pizza (we pretty much eat one red barron pizza a week) so this will be great for us!
-
Thats a good tip! I will have to try it out! I snack away when my little guy naps too... And when he is awake. I used to blame it on the breastfeeding but there is no reason to eat 3000 calories (which was my average)! I always binged on healthy stuff: oatmeal, apples, peanuts, toast, etc but by the end it all adds up…

Good job and good idea! I was doing it for a while (I almost feel guilty for adding "standing" as cardio for the days I went to an amusement park) I figure just record what makes you sweat.

I am looking for skinny-fat friends too! I am short (5'4) and 111. I am hoping to reach 105 (When I lost 40lbs back in 2006 that was a healthy weight for me until I got pregnant, lazy, and married. Haha) These last few pounds are so hard to lose, but they are def unhealthy fat, so I need to get toned and get rid of it! So…

I started 30DS when I was 6 weeks post partum so I had NO muscle. I did one week without any form of weights, then I did a week with water bottles, and now I have been using 3lbs (in each hand). I just started week two and I am only using water bottles again and will move up to using 3lbs. Good luck!

lol the last bit you typed about the torrent cracked me up! I have yet to hear about her doing this, but I have seen her in fitness magazine showing some diet pill. Glad I don't take diet pills to begin with. If there is a pill that makes you lose weight while you still sit on your butt and be lazy then it probably isn't…
