  • Hahaha amen
  • I wouldn't mind. Particularly because you are from Denmark lol. I am always going to Sweden, nice to chat with a neighbor :P
  • I have this issue too... Basically anything that is out of my normal regular eating routine causes me to gain 5+lbs a day and it takes a few days for it to drop. I assume it's the sodium.
  • Amazing transformation in just three months! Thanks for sharing - keep up the good work :-) You are motivating me to reach my goal!
  • Hi! I am new to the MFP website, but not to the food diary! I have been tracking calories (off and on MFP) since October 2011. I have never taken it very seriously, and that is why I was always off and on. However, I have been very strict with my exercise. I am ready to take it to the next level and actually see weight…
  • You go girl! You have a great attitude and outlook. I hope you had a wonderful time at the water park! :-)
  • Welcome to the forums :-)
  • I was sort of an "only child". My brother is 10 years older than me, so even now we don't really talk. I worry the age gap is already too big (this is just my opinion though) but they would end up being nearly 7 years apart. So if they are anything like me and my brother, they wont really feel like "siblings". I love the…
  • It bothers me. But my stomach never got "tight" again after having a baby. You can see the top of my abs, just not my lower abs (where all the stretch marks and sag are) Oh well. It is a trophy!
  • The commercial is pretty catchy too, they look like awesome shoes! :-) I don't have any experience, but I am curious to see what other posters have to say. Bump!
  • You look AWESOME! What an inspiration! Screw the scale! (I need to get me P90X B))
  • This just made my morning xD
  • Kickboxing - its my favorite! I like turbo jam style or real kickboxing classes at the gym. Both fix my sweet tooth :)
  • I cook steel oats (apparently the non-processed oats are the best for milk supply) and I put 2tbs of brown sugar. When I am feeling a little risky I will add some chopped pecans or bananas some days.

  • The very last statement you said got to me (in a good way) about how you enjoyed it. I have found that, since I eat chocolate so regularly, I scarf it down and don't even take the time to savor it. I am hoping once I stop the horrible habbit of eating unhealthy sweets I will soon be able to enjoy the moments when I get to.
  • ^ Love that! So true. Also, thanks for sharing the picture. Makes a good point. I had no idea how much skinnier we are today. (I always saw pictures of Monroe and thought she looked stick thin - but I was wrong!) She looks beautiful though! Everyone women is beautiful.
  • The burger king could of made you bloat. I gain weight (that I lose in less than a week) on days I eat foods that are highly processed. Mostly when we go out to eat.
  • Pffft if my husband did one of the things you just listed I would be happy! A neclase is always a good gift. I saw this thing in pinterest where you label 12 envelopes with months and in each envelope is a planned out date so you have a confirmed date each month
  • I don't get hit on at the gym. I do get the occasional stare, and even that is rare haha. I suppose I am not very attractive to all the college men when they see me carry my son around. Or I am just not worth looking at xD I hope I get there some day!
  • I say work out if you can. I have not had my period yet since my son, but I used to throw up the first few days of my period it hurt so bad. I don't think I could possibly work out the first few days I am cramping. That is just me though. When there are no longer and cramps and I just bleed then heck yes, I will be working…
  • I wish zumba did that for me... My gym doesn't have a "fast paced" zumba class. it is only for beginners so they don't get too crazy and my heart rate never gets very high... I think I peaked 145 lol
  • My HRM is accurate... You can tell by just checking your heart rate manually during a work out (I know, that can be annoying) or just when you are rested and see if they both match up. That is the only way really. I will admit, my HRM takes a while to update my heart rate, but as long as I see that it is above a certain…
  • Hello :) Welcome to MFP. Love this website (love the app even more, that is what dragged me here). Would love to exchange recipes. Mine are mostly chicken or fish based. <3 protein!
  • I think you are supposed to measure yourself once a month and weigh yourself once a week. I personally weigh myself every time I go to the bathroom (such a bad habbit - scale is right next to the toilet)
  • I feel like I fit into all those catagories :x I agree with the article. Thanks for sharing, I saved it to my faves so I can check out the fixes.
  • My HRM does the same thing. Apparently I burned 400 calories but MFP says 333. (Kickboxing 40min) I just stick with what MFP says... It is better to be under calorie than over calorie IMO! Thanks for posting this topic, I am interested in sticking around and seeing what is said. Hey and you know I was just thinking. Maybe…
  • I am 5'4" so my comment might matter or not matter. (An inch isn't that different, is it?!) I was 104 before xmas (107 now - too much to eat that week haha) and I still was not satisfied. To be honest I feel like 100 is going to be a good size... if not lower. Not sure how much I will weigh when I start weight training but…
  • You know you really got me thinking about the part how we have always hunted the animals first. When you think about it, the best to eat and gamiest animals are those who have been chased. (I hate gamey tasting animals though... My hubby is a hunter, I can tell if he stressed the animal before he killed it or if it was too…
  • I am not going to lie, I love how everything tastes but no, I am not enjoying it. I have a sweet tooth, so I love eating chocolates and I wish I could replace my tuna with m&ms. I love greasy foods, and I would do anything to eat a greasy burger instead of my chicken dinner. /sigh. I know that what I would like to eat is…
  • Nothing has worked for me... And the worst part is my skin is still really saggy. In fact I have stretch marks on my thighs from when I lost 40lbs back in 2006 and they are still there showing like wild.
