Weight fluctuation

I know that it's normal for weight to fluctuate throughout the day but does anyone have drastic changes? I.E if I eat a lot of junk one day, the next day I'll have gained about 7 pounds. I mean, logically, I know it's not actual fat. But regardless, the fluctuation is ridiculous. And it WILL take me a few days to drop back down to my normal weight.

Is this just me?

I have this issue too... Basically anything that is out of my normal regular eating routine causes me to gain 5+lbs a day and it takes a few days for it to drop. I assume it's the sodium.
