  • Love my polar FT4. Amazon had it the cheapest. Works well.
  • I weigh daily then record it on an excel spreadsheet. This way I can see last weeks weight right above it and know it has moved since the 7 days prior. My weight varies so much, this really keeps it in prospective for me with out getting discouraged.
  • I too am 49. I have spent my years taking care of everyone else and I simply let my self go. I own horses and need to lose about 90lbs so I can ride again. I purchased a weanling filly last year(2012) , so I am now on a mission to get my life back so I can ride her when she is ready in two years.
