Hi Eftguru, I have been battling with my weight too, finally I think I found something that works for me, I reduced my calories to 1200 a day, I do a 40 to 60min walk daily, also do not eat after 6pm, if hungry have a drink or piece of fruit. Hi i usually go to the gym around 8.30am, after doing a 30min circuit, i go on the powerplate for 10mins, does anyome know calories you burn on a vibration plate for a 10min session.
