I want to buy an ipad air when I get down in weight and hit the target of losing 2 stone - I am hoping this also ties in with me starting my first teaching job and graduating my postgraduate degree!

One thing I don't understand is why people think it is rude that the husband would want her to lose weight. Why would we all be on here if we didn't recognise that ourselves? So why do people get defensive when other people say/think the same thing?!

I work at Aldi too!! It is such a physical job and has certainly improved my fitness levels..I don't log it as exercise but have changed the activity level like the person above has suggested! Nice to know someone else who works there! xx

I bought the DVD for less than £5 on Amazon. Just done Day 4 and it is really good I think. Not sure on the results but it definitely is a great workout!

I am also 5 foot 8 and 3/4 and so nearer 5,9 than 8, what do you put as your height when doing bmi? I put 174cm and it automatically puts me as 5 foot 8...not a big deal but just wondered!

I am quite new to actually using MFP regularly so would be happy to be added on here, as like you need more friends!

Christmas seems the perfect milestone and would be great to all work together towards the goals! Just what I needed as my diet/exercise has gone a bit off track... :smile:
