get ride of all the junk food in the house, and eating out plan ahead what you are going to have and how much. Like I tell my husband before we get there what I am going to eat and how much. It really helps and I do give myself 200 extra calories on the weekend.

I have the Boddybug they are made to wear all day! They work great! i have had about 3 family memembers use them as well in the past. They are tested and are 95% accurate!
