how are you on level 2 already? weren't we supposed to do each level for 10 days. you should only be at day 4 or 5 of level 1. you need to work your way up to it

Good idea, I have a HRM around here somewhere. That should reflect the calories burned more accurately. I logged today's workout under circuit training. Btw, how do you get your 'ticker' to show up on these blogs? I'm new to the whole concept.

When I did it before Christmas -but Only got to the halfway point- I recorded it under "circuit training, general" Seemed to me that came pretty close, since Jillian has you do somewhat of a circuit routine. Hope hat helps

I know it seems unfair, but it is in proportion. My husband has 6" on me and gets to consume almost 1000 calories more a day. But that being said you need to look at the WHOLE picture.
