I have the fitbit one. I love it! It's nice because it just attaches to my bra and syncs with my phone and MFP very easily. It's easily concealed when wanting to wear something fancy and you almost forget your wearing it. It also tracks your sleep, steps, miles, calories, and how many floors you've climbed. I don't think…

Normal seems pretty great :)

I have the same problem! My solution: DON'T KEEP ANY SWEETS IN THE HOUSE. When I truly want something sweet I will have to go to the grocery store to get it. Most of the time I'd rather live without it than leave the house at 10pm to go get a chocolate bar.

I'll do just that. I also sat in the steam room at the gym for a while... I hope that it helps. And I'm definitely going to stick to less calories :) Thanks for the advice!

I plan to celebrate with a mani/pedi, massage, and $1,000 shopping spree! But let's get there first :)

Put one foot in front of the other. Idk if you're religious or not, but a prayer to God for strength really gets me through the day when all I want to do is crawl in bed and cry.
