  • Thanks!!! I am now on week 6. The Insanity is still the shorter workouts for now. I am really enjoying the mix of lifting and cardio!
  • I am on week three of my second round of p90x, but am now doing a p90x/insanity hybrid. Has anyone else tried this? I don't find it bad so far, but am dreading when we get to the hour long insanity workouts!
  • Thanks Everyone! I did much better today, and was under my calories today. Yesterday, I was more snacky (weekend) and I had lunch out, which killed my calories. But at least now I am learning what foods will "cost " me.
