I am 5 ft 4.5 in. with a small frame (wrist size not quite 6 inches). I weigh 149. Depending on the brand I wear a size 10/12 in pants and dresses and a size large in tops. I'm very busty or I'd probably wear a medium in my tops. I also have an hourglass figure. Your shape will make a difference as well.

I buy free-range, organic eggs and eat the whole thing. The yolk is absolutely the best part. If you are buying free-range organic, the yolk is also the healthiest part.
