Could be the puppy blues, which affects people differently. Puppy will be big enough to go on runs with you soon! Start training early if you want a running partner.

I gave up on syncing Samsung Health with MFP. So many failed Google searches and nothing worked. I only use Samsung Health to track my weight and steps. Anyways, hopefully someone might have some advice.

~32 oz of coffee Basically two grande from Starbucks. Initially, I was ordering sugary garbage drinks. Then I got hooked on black coffee and now I use it as a hunger suppressant (and I like black coffee).

Whatever is cheapest at the grocery store! I always make sure to marinate and allow to come to room temperature before cooking.

Maybe give yourself a dessert awhile after dinner? I've found that if I eat my dinner, wait an hour, eat my fruit dessert (~100-120 cal), I do really well and don't crave anything. Generally, I do an apple or tangerines.

It's cheaper in the long run to be healthy and I'm hella cheap... Though, I should also admit that I'd like to feel better and my family has a lot of medical issues. Mostly diabetes.
