I weigh daily as well just to see where i stand..i weigh after i've been drinking my water, etc..just because of curiosity. yes it will discourage you but you've done nothing wrong. some days are just off. drink more water today...keep the sodium low and dont panic too much.   • I'm in! I agree. I'll need someone else to put the scale away because I'm a cheater! and yes I weigh daily as well! it's helped me try to stay on track or see I need to step it up the next day!

  • a BIG Congrats to you for that victory...I just hit that one myself (well a month ago now) and i just seem to keep bouncing back and forth which is a little discouraging but I'm glad to being closer on the other end of it this time!

  • that does sound pretty good. I started getting the blue diamond almonds and they have different flavors like toffee, dark chocolate and chocolate mint that all have the same calories so I've been munching on those!
  • I just realized that myself about splenda. i logged it one day just because and noticed it had carbs....i was only concerned with calories but need to make sure to log everything i put past my lips just to be aware! I chew alot of gum too, to curb the sweet cravings!
