research ACE. it's a pill but it's for appetite control and energy, naturally. I take it to help with my energy levels and it seems to really help, without being a "diet pill" i take it daily but i also exercise and eat right as if I wasn't taking any supplement

honestly, i think if you want it bad enough NOW, you wont let a night out stunt that for you....but i also believe everyone should be able to go out and enjoy once in a while...one meal wont kill u but its hard when u have a goal in mind but also want to enjoy the night...i say try to make better choices...drink light…

the only things i drink now are water and tea...no calories in the ones i drink!

my opinion...if you exercise as much as it seems (burning more than 600 cals a day) you should be eating majority of those calories back. eating only 1200 a day with that kind of put out wont give you the results you need....

I watch my fav shows while walking, pretty much the same way someone else posted...brisk walking during the show and then a job during commercials.... i find i walk really good watching Biggest Loser! motivational and you cant really quit during the show without feeling like a loser lol
