30-Day Shred calories burned

I've seen other posts where people have said to log the 30-Day Shred as circuit training, but when I tried that it said that I burned 246 calories. That's a little bit more than I burn doing 30 minutes on the stationary bike, so I'm pretty sure that's wrong. Should I just put an even 100 calories to make it simple? I would probably burn that much on level 1, right? I'm 5'4 and (after gaining holiday weight) 150 pounds.

    I'd say more around 180-200

    I'd say for level 1, about 150/160 cals for each 20 minute session. But the only way you can know for sure is to invest in a HRM, they really are so worth it because it differs all the time based on effort/weight etc

    i must be doing something totally wrong then..my hrm said 45 calories for the 25 min including the stretching.....almost not worth the effort to me! but i feel the burn lol
