Shred How do you Log it?

I know this questions has been asked before, but i am not seeing a post in the first few pages. I am doing the 30 day shred, completed day 2 today....how are you logging it?

    I log it as Circuit Training.

    I entered 30 Day Shred into my exercise database under cardio and then just enter in how many minutes and what my HRM shows for calories burned.

    this isnt answering your question but i finished day 2 on wednesday..and had to skip yesterday because my quads were killing me....how do u feel? lol

    @Aimee_PD I am feeling stiff in the legs mostly. Otherwise so far so good, i just finished day two this morning so by tomorrow morning i might not be able to move. Friend me if you want to try and keep each other motivated.
