I teared up a bit at ur realization with the up the hill thing... I see results I guess but I feel them more when I run and play with my 2 and a half year old... its a way better feeling than looking in the mirror and seeing change!!!

Amazing job!!! …part of why I started losing weight was to avoid blood pressure meds...I was only slightly in pre hypertension 20lbs gone and its lowering slooowly. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

I agree....if its above ur daily norm its ok to log bc u are burning more...and honestly I dont always eat back the extra caories anyway...so I think deep cleaning is ok to log too What I think is if you are loosing weight then obviously whatever system ur using is working. Now if I wasn't loosing weight I may re evaluate.

I log any extra walking I do that is with the intent of trying to do extra....I do log cleaning sometimes but NOT daily cleaning...I only log cleaning when I go on a "let's move the fridge and stove and hand scrub the floor" type cleaning....bc maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks I go on a major cleaning overload...I pick aup…

Congrats!!!! That happened to me the other day too so I went out and bought a pair of jeans the next size down (I figured its better to do it one size at a time to feel more accomplished) and they are just cheap walmart jeans but it will still feel as good as designer when I can zip the up!!!
