I'm right with you! I'm, 5'11 and right now (I think) my goal weight is 180-190. Maybe I'll change my mind later once I see what I look like then...but I'd be happy under 200!

My physician worked with Russ and turned me on to his books last year. I followed this (mostly) and lost 40lbs :) I had a hard time spiking the WHOLE day though. It gave me a KILLER workout the following day though!

Do you have set cheat meals during the week? That helps me. I don't over do it, but I allow myself things I would not normally have.

I want to run my numbers 20+ times, then have someone else run them 5-6 times! According to what I'm seeing, I need to eat almost 500 more calories a day. THAT SCARES ME! But I'm very intrigued.

Thanks for the input- I am eating egg whites and toast for breakfast....problem is I am working out after work at 3-4pm. I'll try some protein for an afternoon snack!
