2 NSV's today. I had to tighten the chest strap on my Polar HRM, as it was getting baggy and I bought a full length mirror. I don't think I've had a full length mirror for a decade. Big step on acceptance!

I echo talking to your doctor, but do have to agree with BusyRae, those charts are just a best guess. I've gone through the testing to figure out your heart rate zones, and my max is 215. Hi Sharon, I have mine connected. After you set up your Fitbit, come back here and it's under Apps. Just scroll down until you see the Fitbit app and it walks you right through the set up. I love it, updates transfer over and it updates my calories and the fitbit information is available in reports on MFP.

So true. I greatly appreciate the bravery it takes to post those pictures. They are beyond motivating on days where you feel like you aren't getting anywhere. It helps to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Friend request sent. I wouldn't look at this as a diet, think of it as a healthier life, it makes things much easier when you don't have to worry about messing up if you go over one day, and realize that you just do better the rest of the week. I find it less stressful!

I drink tons of sparking water. Like Hornsby said, you have to watch for what else is added. You can find ones that the label only shows water and carbonation. Speaking as a recruiter, for the first interview in that environment yes. After that, for any follow up interviews, take the lead of what you see when you are there. Always wear a suit first, unless you are specifically told something else. (Just my advice)

Checking in. 224.9 today. down 0.8 from last week, and since I'm nursing a sore hamstring and couldn't run all weekend, I wasn't expecting much. Good lesson learned for me that controlling my food is the most effective way of losing weight for me and the exercise helps that, not the other way around!

Thanks ziesergirl_66 for all the work on this group! I worked out yesterday, and almost forgot the push-ups. If it weren't for this group, I'd continue to forget them! It's great to have the extra motivation, and to the have accountability.

Weigh in day... lost 3.2 Last week 231 This week 227.8 FINALLY! I was not seeing the scale move for the last few weeks, however, I did move my belt a notch, so I know my measurements are at least shrinking.
