Did my 3 this morning! I'm doing Workout A, but since I'm so bad at push ups, I did 3 in proper form, without going all the way down, but then did 3 sets of 10 modified, getting my nose to the ground so to help build up the strength.

After my last foot surgery (crutches for 2.5 months, walking boot for another 3), I did chair workouts that I found on Youtube, took a second to get past the ego, but in the end, they really worked and helped me keep some muscle mass with that long of a time being sidelined.

I lift 3 days a week with my trainer, HIIT once a week, jogging and/or walking another 1 to 2 times (depending on how my knees are feeling). For lifting, we rotate between Tri's and Bi's, leg day, back/shoulders, Chest/push pull with some core added in at the end. My focus for this summer is push ups. I am TERRIBLE at push…

My heart rate is super high, just naturally. My Zone 2 starts at 152, and zone 3 starts at 172, so I always have a high heart rate when exercising! My resting heart rate is nice and low too, go figure.

I stop by 6, but for no reason other than the fact that I am starving in the morning, never hungry at night (I could skip dinner and not have an issue, but I'd cut a person for taking away my breakfast!). I also tend to get heartburn if I eat within 3 hours of bed, and I don't like taking medicine.
