I dont have an HRM...but do have a Body Bugg. It tells me that I am burnign more than MFP does.......but I still use MFP so that I am hedging. Mine is not as off as yours though. Hopefully someone chimes in that knows that particular HRM. Does it get good reviews?

Being overweight my entire adult life, it is hard for me to acknowldege I need to eat more to loose weight. I am not hungry after 2000 calories per day and feel I can continue with that goal. However, I LOVE to eat and would easily incorporate another 800 healthy calories per day if it is what I should do for my metabolism.

Made these for dinner tonight. Definately a keeper. I added a few thin slices of yellow squach in the layers and it added a nice touch. I was amazed at how the wontons kept it all together. We didn't even need forks, just ate like a sandwich. Definately recommended.
