i agree with you both. one of her meals even once a week (or once a month) can really motivate someone to stay on target. you've "cheated" without really cheating at all. the down side that i see is that her portion sizes are too big for those on a weight loss journey. we need to keep our portions under control even on…

Fruits and veggies and lean protein. Some days that's all I have and maybe 2 slices of bread OR a half cup of brown rice OR 1/2 cup of oatmeal or other startch. I do this to come off of a plateau (3-7 days) then return to staying within my MFP set calorie goal.
