This is my 2nd wk of Jillian workout killer buns and thighs. I already see a difference in my calfs which are getting stronger and more tone. I like the workouts because she adds cardio in it which helps burn calories. It is fun and about 45 min. It's a good workout. Only thing i dont like is that Jillian keeps talking…

I just finished P90X this month and just started that Turbo Fire/Chalean Hybrid schedule. It is weight lifting until fatigue with heavy weights and cardio. So far so good. It is not to hard and not to easy. I am already seeing results in my arms quicker then p90x. It workouts are about 30-40 min a day.

I just started trying different kinds of milk. I tried Almond soy milk, too strong of a taste. Now i tried Soy Vanilla Light Milk, It is low cal. 70 and taste great. No after taste.
