I use lean cuisine on days when I cant get home for dinner due to work. Maybe two nights a week at most, but because of the sodium I really try to avoid using them if I dont have to, but it is better than eating out.

I have Zumba and Just dance 3, I like the just dance better. I get a higher burn with just dance than Zumba (I have a body media to track). My kids also like just dance so I get to work out with them.

I recommend if you can get farm fresh eggs you should. they are so much better than store bought. they are our go to meal on anynight when we dont have time to pre plan.
