  • I just started 30DS today. It was tough but surprised that I could actually do all of it and push through. I normally don't exercise and can't stick to it but taking 20 minutes out of your day to get healthier doesn't seem too bad. Hopefully I can stick with it and see some results!
  • As long as you track everything you eat and stay within your daily goal you should be fine! I use the suggested daily calorie goal MFP gives me. And remember losing weight is a slow process.
