I've used this for 3yrs. Love it. Not so big that you're making 1-2L smoothies. :) (mind you, when i go out for the day, I use it twice and make about 1.5L of a shake to sip on throughout the day)

That's pretty much what happened to me. About 280 down to 178lbs at my lowest. I was skinny, which was nice. At which point I decided I need to have a thicker upper half, arms, chest, shoulders etc. All you can do really, is build muscle, bulk a bit (get fatter..ya). Any plain oatmeal is your best bet. Just be aware most instant singles packs have added flavor and sugar, that's usually where people run into a problem. If you like the texture, try steel cut. Otherwise most oats are really, really, really, really close.

I love it. I drive 30-45mins to work and back daily. Gives me time to relax, enjoy some music and reflect on my day. The closest real cities to here are 4hrs in either direction, so if you're ever travelling or going on vacation, somewhere to shop, etc you face that drive both ways. Love it.

Now that I'm in better shape, and 100lbs lighter, I pick up tons more girls without even doing anything. Show them a lean, tanned body and they're practically feeding me grapes and fanning me with palm fronds.

*double post* But is Nutrition really within your scope of practice? Most PTs can give exercise advice/guidelines, but need to refer people to dieticians in regards to nutrition, food and intake. Maybe that's just a Canadian thing.

Interesting. In the restaurant I work at, even the fruit-flavored hard candies by the till have pork/pig in them. And I'm lickin up every last sweet drop. Jokes on you guys.
