I'm super lazy. I boil it then when it's dry throw salsa in it. I do that with everything.

From experience. Most people see you daily. They see 1-0.5lb changes slowly, every week. It's subtle and not noticable. Sorta like watching a plant grow daily. You can't tell at all, until you see the 'before' and 'after' a few weeks apart. If you check it daily or even weekly it'll look like its almost doing nothing.…

I tried a few times. The easiest seemed to be tossing them in a bowl with 2-3 egg whites, once they're all coated, toss a bit of flour in there, and make sure they're all dusted evently. I forget how long I cooked em, I'm assuming 350 for 25-30mins but they came out crispy, that I remember.

Steel Cut Oats with PeanutButter. I'm like a robot, i have this 'wake up, drink a water, take some pills, make oatmeal, eat it 30mins later' routine. I don't even think about it. I'm not even sure if i like it. Do robots 'like' things?

This. But it'll slow your 'weight loss'. Strictly cardio will lose fat and muscle, making it easier to get lighter. A cardio + weight routine will slow the loss, but in the end benefit overall body composition. Do you wanna lose (any) weight, or do you wanna lose (mostly) fat? It's give and take, baby.

It's before cooking. There's no way to measure how much water/fat/salt etc leaves the food when cooking. So it's assuming you eat the entire thing, no tricky cooking practices.

Your best bet might be to wait til you see someone on the piece of equiptment you'd like to use, then ask them. They could demonstrate and after their set is over, perhaps take a minute to show you. I can't imagine anyone not taking the minute or two to help someone out. I think the key here is find someone closeby, or…

I alternate cardio and weights every day, 5 or 6 days a week, goal is weight loss. This routine vs straight cardio is a lot slower progress I've noticed. But I'm definitely keeping some strength. Almost where I wanna be come summer. I'm about a month behind I figure. Gotta eat a lot cleaner too.

I posted a topic about shirtless women and came back to 2 pages of friend requests the other week. Depends on what my main profile pic is too. I don't like going higher than like 100 friends. Youtube proper form, make sure you use light weights til your comfortable and get the motions down properly. Form > Weight Be safe, and realize that the people who know what they're doing there, were all in your shoes at one point. It's how you learn.

You gotta just not have that stuff around. When your options are popcorn, oatmeal or plain cereal, half the time you just don't snack.

I used to do about 5 mins warm up, then 20mins interval on an elliptical (i think it was a minute fast, minute slow) then 5-10 cooldown. It was my favorite way (in like 5-6yrs) to exercise. Highly recommended. But I don't think I could do it on a treadmill. I'd probably fall , or die.
