Weight lifters lift weights every day but I think the concentrate on different body parts each day. It will be interesting to see what everyone else says. I hate weight trainning but I really need to start doing it.

I need to but that would probably be the equivalent to a crack head giving up crack! I will vow to weigh only once per week! (trust me, that's HUGE for me! lol!)

Great topic! I used to chosses hair over health because I was spending anywhere from $80-120 per month to keep it looking good. Then 3 years ago and I decided to go natural. I now keep a low, tight fade so sweat or no sweat, my hair always looks good. Now I am working on getting a body too match the hair! ;-)
