I had the sleeve on 12/28/11 and I am getting flustrated too. Thanks I am upping my protein as I type and sipping on a protein drink. What kid of protein drinks does everyone use?

Welcome to the group I had a sleeve done on 12/28/2012 and I am down 42lbs. I was at a plateau for over 4 weeks before the scale moved again. Thank yo everyone. I did start writing in my journal again and I took my measurement. Even though the scale doesn't move I did loose alot of inched. I am trying to get up and go for a walk outside too it is helping I see the surgeon on Monday and we will se what he has to say. Thank you again

At my heaviest weight I was at 390 I am glad to say I am now 287 this was over a year ago you can do it just stay focused. We are all here for the same thing. Weight loss and a healthier life

I do have a snack almost everyday around 2- 230. It doesn't matter what time I eat lunch I always get a craving. I also used to make coffee at that time too now I just drink a water and try to drink instead of eating.

you can exercise without even knowing it. Do lunges when folding clothes. reach more when you sweep the floor or vacuum. I also use a balance ball when I dust as I have a bad back but it helps my core and it is fun I also use a strengthing band and do it during commercials. every little bit helps.

I agree to little food to keep your body burning. I went through the same thing and had a gain 2 weeks in a row then the dr told me I started eating more and what happened at 2lb loss in 3 days
