I don't eat back my exercise calories. I eat enough as it is. I was living just fine off of 800 calories a day when I first started, it jump started me, and now I eat my calories, and brag to my future hubby about how many calories I have left after logging my work out. If you're not hungry, don't eat :-)

Say, Mom, Dad, I'm losing weight, you can eat what I eat, or you can eat what you want to eat, but I need your support to stay on this so I don't ruin the progress I've already had. Also, if you over eat, work your butt off burning those calories before bed or early in the morning :-) That's what I like to do!

I continually come in lower then my 1300 calorie goal... the other day I had 500 extra calories. I have no idea how I did it, I wasn't starving, I have dull hungry feeling in my stomach, but that's because I use to eat CONSTANTLY. I don't think I'm starving myself, but I'm perfectly comfortable eating 800 calories a day.

Yikes. I know too much sodium is bad for you... but I was eating those Healthy Choice meals, they're like 90% freaking sodium. I was looking at my food diary like, say what?! I have since decided to make my own meals for lunch at work, and not rely on sodium/salt packed frozen delights.
