If you haven't got a lot of time to exercise why don't you just put lots of effort into walking, you can powerwalk to your classes, no lifts, use the stairs and put some effort into it, have your lunch and have a brisk walk around the grounds. I wear a pedometer most days and when i'm at work I can walk as much as 7 miles…
