only walk for an 1 hour max on your Rest days, and on top of that Rest ANYTIME you feel too drained/injured. And like what was already said just make sure diet is on point that day.

Basically Cutting is just Doing what everyone else is doing on MFP but upping the Protein % higher than it defaults to, and Keeping up your weight lifting. Nothing more to it, you can make it as cheap as you want it to be.

Eat them back to fit something in like a treat, otherwise don't eat them if you are not hungry, and still feel up to doing your work outs. I find I have to eat them back about once a week really.

Also depends a lot on you, some people lose belly fat at a greater rate than their face changing, basically until its all gone you could be waiting on one thing to change!

Lift and cut to 10% then do a post about this topic. Even recomping if it even worked for you for a bit you you'll get to low body fat from 18% by doing it.

I would stick to the protein you said and clean bulking, not because you need to, but as you are scared of going too far with the weight gain. Yes you can just eat what ever as long as its a surplus but eating bad food when you have food issues can lead to bingeing and putting on too much fat as the calories go way up.…

What's average? If your body can hold on to muscle it doesn't need even when you are not eating enough and weigh less than is healthy you are a Comic book character or have serious body image problems. You would do better to just love your calves.

People have as much Calf as they need. If you were eating less, walked less and weighed less, you would have less calf, but maybe not as little as you hope for sorry.

Just find one that is cheap and YOU like the taste. Anything else is just marketing to charge you more, if you want it to add protein to your diet, then just buy one that is just protein.
