  • LOL! I was wondering the same thing, but never thought to look it up... did anyone get an idea of calories burned yet?
  • Mmmmmm...Crunch n' Munch... Yep, if I had any, I'd eat the whole box, too. There's no stopping once you start eating it, so don't beat yourself up over it.
  • Congrats! Doesn't it feel great? I had the same thing happen last weekend. I had a couple of people ask me if I had lost weight and it felt great to know that it's a visible loss now:)

  • That's what I do! I weigh myself daily and after making allowances for water and such, I know whether or not I need to correct something. I don't get discouraged because I know I will eventually take off the weight:)
  • I do count the milk I put in my coffe in the morning, but if I drink anything diet, or calorie free I don't bother to log it in. I don't count mints, since I don't eat but 1 or 2 a day.   • I've been using Recipezaar, but you have to enter the whole recipe and wait for it to be published before you can get your numbers. I'll have to try the other one!
  • You aren't alone...I'm having a hard time getting into the workouts myself. I've gone over my calorie count a few times as well:( I'm a mother of two (ages 9 & 11)... 5'0" and 160 lbs... Feel free to add me...maybe we can motivate eachother :)
  • I'm new as of today as well, but I think this site will help me be more careful of what I eat since I have to track it. But, on the other hand, I'll embarass myslef if I don't exercise at all:) Welcome to you too, lol!
