Know they have Smith machines on every thing, I'm a night owl I have most of my energy at night also, it would be perfect if it wasn't so damned strict

Sorry that I can't remember the name of the shakes but if you go to any of those places the people there are very helpful

Those are pretty good but I get mine from gnc or the vitamin shoppe, it really depends on what your trying to do, if you are trying to do a mostly plant based diet then protein shakes is the way to go. They have shakes that are not from animals. If you're just trying to eat healthy, then try to throw some fish or chicken…

To me the easiest way is to drink protein shakes you can't beat 20 grams of protein with a drink. Whey protein is the best (in my opinion)

Its very possible I lost 50lbs in 3 months before with strict calorie counting (unfortunately I gained a lot back) but if you're strict you can definitely do it in 4 months. Good luck
