Lifting weights is not fun on the scale
Lifting weights seems to significantly slow down weight loss. I'm slimming down but im not losing weight. Kind of frustrated. Anybody else experience this?

Planet Fitness greatest thing since sliced bread
I work from 4pm to 12:30 am and I don't go to sleep until about 6am. Having a 24 hour gym is prefect. I will be going to the gym at 1am. The only thing I don't like is the lack of free weights and the no grunting policy. (I like to go hard sometimes) Does anybody enjoy late night workouts or have a similar schedule like…

Just did a full body workout but it sucks cause I don't know
I wish there was a way to know how many calories you burn lifting weights. I'm tired and I know I have myself some extra calories to eat. Maybe even a some pizza:devil:

Just had 3 slices of pizza...now I can't eat until tomorrow
Pizza is my worst enemy. Its so delicious, so now I killed myself and basically can't eat until tomorrow. Worst part is with my schedule I stay up until like 5am every day. I got five days straight with being under my calorie limit and I don't want to break that chain. Any suggestions???

I'm trying to lose 28lbs i'm 208lbs and the best I've ever felt was when I was 185lbs, I used to be able to lose it real easy whenever I wanted to but I guess age caught up with me. I'm hoping this site can motivate me to sick with it.
