I just want REAL people as friends. The good the bad and the ugly just be respectful to me and we're cool. Nobody is perfect and I will not deny someone because of a few quirks.

My advice for Christmas and Thanksgiving time is to exercise a whole lot those holidays only come once a year and that food is to scrumptious to not eat. So work your a$s off st the gym and enjoy all of that wonderful deliciousness:happy:

I've been lifting for years so i'm sure muscle memory is involved but my waist was a 37 now its a 35 {measured from belly button). I do compound lifts with low reps so even if you're on calorie deficit lifts like squats and military presses and incline bench will pump your body with growth hormones. Especially the squats.
