That is wonderful! I think finding a sustainable " diet" is the key to success.

I have to move in on the 18th. I really want to learn how to play tennis and participate in fitness classes. My only real concern is the high calorie foods offered in the cafeteria.

My dream weight would be 135 ( I am currently 182) so hopefully we can support each other.

I will be a freshman at UNC this fall and wanted to continue my weightloss journey. I am so scared of the freshman 15 since I am already overweight :( . Hopefully I can stay motivated this year and keep up with both my academics and fitness.

I am about 183 and would love to get down to about 140. I am starting college in the fall and would like to start sophmore year (next year) a healthy weight.
