I don't have any knee pain, but I think I remember hearing that water exercise is a good alternative for those that have joint pain. The water takes the pressure off of the joints. If your gym has a pool, you should try out the water aerobics classes. Hopefully that will help. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

That's great! Congrats! I need to lose a little over 2 pounds to be in the 100s, so hopefully it won't take me that much longer to get there :-)
